Terms & Conditions:
You are responsible for all taxes due from your organization. We are
required by law to issue you an IRS Form 1099 Misc., at year-end. This
will report all commissions paid to you or your organization. You agree
to provide us with the appropriate Employer Tax ID number, or social security
number for this purpose.
Please read carefully:
Latino Pleasures, Inc., is a New York corporation, whose purpose is to
provide vacation packages and Tours to the public. We are an equal employment
opportunity organization, and do not discriminate on age, sex, race, creed,
color or preference. Our relationship with you or your organization is
for the purpose of partnering for the purpose of booking vacation tours
with Latino Pleasures, Inc., and does not constitute any employer or employee
relationship. As a result, you are considered an independent contractor
for this purpose. Please advise your clients to read and familiarize themselves
with the terms and conditions of our services. We do not make any implied
or express warranty that is separate from what is already expressed in
the terms and conditions of our service, as posted on our website.
You are responsible for providing the proper Agent Identification Code
to our reservation staff while booking a Vacation/Tour for your clients.
Due to the possibility of last minute cancellations and possible changes
in a traveler's status, commission checks are issued to you upon the completion
of each trip. It is your responsibility to compensate your own staff,
agents or subcontractors for any commissions that are due them. We do
not have any agreement or contractual responsibility with any of your
staff, agents, Subcontractors or any person, persons, group, entity, organization
that you involve in this venture, except as to the provisions of Tour
and Vacation services, as advertised. We are only responsible for your
commissions. It is your responsibility to pay commission to any body or
entity that you involve in this venture. You are responsible for developing
a compensation arrangement with them. Latino Pleasures, Inc., is and will
not be involved in any financial dealings or responsibility that you develop,
and that goes beyond the Tour/Vacation for which you are booking, without
Latino Pleasures Inc.'s express written permission.
Cost & Commission
About Our Service. We are currently providing a 4-day Exotic
Tour to the two cities of Puerto Plata, and Sosua, in the Dominican Republic.
Please go on-line to see our complete package. In summary, we are providing
an all inclusive - hotel, food, airfare, beach parties, pool parties,
pajama parties, ground transportation around town, airport services, and
more. Once again, you can go on-line and review our "Travel Package"
page for more details.
Traveling Arrangements:
For travelers who chose to book the complete "All Inclusive with
Airfare" package, the group meets at New York JFK airport, at least,
three hours before departure. Those passengers who cannot travel through
JFK, or who chose to purchase their own tickets, are expected to call-in
their flight date, time and date to our reservation desk. Adequate arrangements
will be made to pick them up and drop them off at the Puerto Plata Airport.
